LOC: 1300, 680 in Darkforge Palace in Paineel.
I dont know what other quests he is for, but I need him for the Leggings of Riddosen quest for SKs. Give him the empty crate from the warrens, and he will talk and junk. He gives you a note, you bring that to some caster who gives you another note. Then the last part is to go kill that erudite who hangs out in Qeynos hill i believe and bring back his head. then you get your leggs.

ive never seen this guy out of the palace.. then passing through paineel today.. he was in the newbie garden killing all the mobs.. does he usually do this..and ive just never seen him? i tried hailing him..but it just said he is completely ignoring me.. how rude.

get the crate from the smith in the warrens, in the kitchen, blue to a 17 necro, crate is semi-rare?? killed him 5 times, one crate

if you ask audience offers a quest and ask for a crate.
not sure but search for an "erudite traveler" in queynos hill (near lake in NW corner), a DE chanter disguised as an erudite. Drops a crate full of ore and a note from his chief Eichvul, and his own head : courrier's head.
Eichvul can be found in tower north from permafrost entrance, near secret wall. Drops a sealed not and his own head : supplier's head
