OK, having lived in Paineel (Erudite Necro) close to all my seasons, I have yet to find this person Sheltian. Guard Sheltuin and Royal Guard Sheltuin just look at you as if you've dropped off another planet. So, if perchance some nice person finds this Sheltian, can you PLEASE let the rest of us know?
So I've been dinking around in the warrens trying to get the reclaim energy toy for my sk. After killing lots of kobolds, collecting teeth and getting faction I turned in a bunch of molar's to this guy. After the faction hits he said:

I searched all over for somebody named Sheltian. I found Guard Sheltuin but no mob with the name Sheltian. Is this a possible typo or has anybody heard of Sheltian?
Hailing Guard Sheltuin got me nowhere.

To find this guy you have to know where the teleporters are, if you know how to get to the top overwatch with the teleporter that has one teleport crystal on it's front and another teleport crystal on its back then your very close to him. On the back side of that teleporter is a sign that says Darkglow Palace: Official Business Only.. he's back there on 2nd floor.
To the other posters on this thread, please be more specific with your answers. Took me forever to find his /Loc using his position posted by Mescalero. But without that the other posts were useless, and I would have never found him.

Upstairs in the Palace. He sends you to another guy who is downstairs below the balcony he is on.
