I found him here 24.03, -515.84, 2.50 tonight, while looking for the caretaker. It's a room on the first level of the basement.

We found a ring on him tonight. Something something flaming band or something. These were the stats: 5ac 4st 4int 25hp 35manna +10svfire -10 sv cold. all/all. It's a pretty nice ring.
Is this mob a rather common skele around KC, or is it a camped spawn? Just wondering bause I think it's time for me to work on my 2HB.
spawns in the well room there are 3 places there he can spawn and they are about as common as any other named mob in the zone who has multiple spawn spots

also drops Jaundicated Boots....shaman only. And the skeletal warlord drops deepwater boots, not berzerker.

He Drops a Jarsathe Tunic(no drop) for real common stuff.... He also Drops the Deepwater Boots (rare)

He drops a very very nice ring. It is very good for Hybrids but he drops this very rarely
