He spawns in either the Jail, roaming near the orb room, or in a tower in the room strait ahead of the left Courtyard. His common is Jasarth Scale Bracer, Uncommon is Deepwater Boots and Dwarven Sap, Rare is Tranquil Staff

he can spawn on EVERY spawn past 2nd bridge
Does anyone know where this little bugger can be found? We're trying to do the Cannibalize 2 quest but can't find this lovely fellow. We've been told that he's a random pop any old place in the castle, but that doesn't sound right. A few guildmates spent over eight hours in Karnor's the other day yelling that they were looking for him either to kill or just to loot the chips but never once heard or saw of the warlord. Anyone have advice or info to help us find him?

Doesnt drop the mask, that is off the Skele Captain.

Correction, if you got that mask it was from skeleton captain, not the warlord.

This skeli also drops a rare weapon called the Dwarven Sap(1HB) weapon usable by dwarfs only....the stats i think are either 8 24 or 8 20....anyways...it's nice
