Got one 2 weeks ago on TT......grats to Kontao our monk who was in the group at the time. It is not visible on captain.

Probably a Dwarven Sap, I have seen him drop it before. Its Dwarf only, and 8/20... not too bad for a young dwarven warrior.

I havent seen it drop or heard of it actually dropping in the 3 weeks i spent in the zone trying to get my crack pipe for my epic.

Skeletal Captain drops the BL boots, not this guy. I have difficulty getting 100pp per pair of the boots with their crap AC and lvl 46 for effect to work.

Have killed warlord at least 50+ times now and got tranquil staff (once) and dwarven sap (once) and jarsath wrist all the other times.

He seems to pop EVERY time about 10-15min after the Drolvarg Warlord is killed, which I *guess* kind of makes sense. He popped every time in the upper jail also...

Killed this skele like 40 times now since ive been trying to get my pipe for RotWF. Only seen it drop the sap, jarcrap bracer, and the greyish bone chip. Now i did drop the undead jailor last week and got a baton of faith 30 40 2hb monk pally. =)

120dd with up to a 12 second stun (un-resistable, can stun gods...although they won't actually get stunned, the 120dd will still hit and it will interrupt casting).

dropped deepwater boots today.

we didn't have a pally in the group so we rolled, no-one broke 30 except the warrior with a whopping 34 : )

The answer is yes, or at least he had it when i killed him, althought it is probably common that he might not have it since the game bugs out like that everwhere and you get rogues backstabing you with bear hands and such :).. anyway good luck

I have been there for weeks trying to get 1 on fennin ro server and none droped how many more weeks do i have to stay there? i have a imbued fighters staff 38 40 with bonus damage of 4 and 10k on fennin ro fo a tranquil

1 In the second door off the well,
2 In the second door off Rcy (or is it Lcy i get them mixed up)
3 a halway pop inbetween the to CY's
4 in the upper jail.

THAT's it. he doesn't seem to uncommon. In either rcy/lcy camp I can get him to pop like 50% of the time or a PH. killed the sucka a least 20 time wo/a Tstaff. oh well, My epic fists are just around the corner anyway.

I pulled "skeletal warlord" from the two spawns after the second bridge to the balcony. He had the Tranquil Staff, you could tell he had it because he was crushing, but you cannot see it at all. It will look like he's punching you, but if you read your text it says he's crushing you. Loot was "Tranquil Staff." I am a monk and I got it since it is Need Before Greed there on class specific items.

Is that so? Ive killed him many many times as well, YES he drops it even when its not visible, NO just because hes crushing, does not mean he has it, I have been crushed on and hit many times by him with NO staff, just some gad danm druid bracer! bah! and JBBs

Well just remember to shout in the zone if you catch him since he is not a common MoB in KC. Not often but Shaman's looking after his No-Drop Greyish Bone chip. Shaman's has also to know that his No-Drop bones are Lore item, so you can only loot one :(
The strange thing was that last week we killed 2 of them with the same group. They spawned within 10 minutes one after the other...

Sure, if you could fight him alone. Trouble is, he's deep within a train-happy zone, with lots of friends nearby. Soloing in KC anywhere but the entrance is generally considered a very bad idea.

He can actully spawn anywhere after dog captian area, i got Tstaff from him and he spawns on the bridge right after dog captian before the CYs. He can also drop any Jar jar (aka jarnthan scale)
