I have fought this baddie several times and each time he has resisted several of my spells. I am currently a level 35 ENC and I always lead with Tashani.
In battle though he will resist about 50% of my spells which is not good as Enchanters are not known for their damage spells and if my MOB control spells get resisted it can spell doom of me or my pet quickly.

Paladin Thomas is NOT in Qeynos. He is at the paladin camp in Rathe Mountains with all the other Armor of Ro experts.

This guy was blue to me at 32, so I'm guessing he's the same like all other clopses, but undead spells affect him.

These babies are way lower than 35, last night on my 31 mage i got blue and yellow cons so it does vary a lot

i got EXP for killing this guy at 45.

If you got a yellow con at 31, then the skinny 'clops was 32 or 33. That's hardly "way lower than 35". I would call that more like a little lower than 35. Blues could have been 30, so you apparently conned some bones that were in the 30-33 range. I suspect that the undead cyclopses (What the hell IS the right plural for cyclops, anyway?) vary, as you say, just like most or all the mobs in EQ.

If you collect 2 skulls, you can turn them into Thomas in Qeynos and receive a mold for the Helm of Ro.

He conned yellow to me (level 29) last night on The Rathe, so either his level varies or he is lower than 35.

I'm level 34, and he was blue to me just now, red to my druid wife. (We smoked him nonetheless!) :)

Ha! Good observation, Knatris. I never noticed that. I'll bet Verant was hoping no one would.
Either the living cyclops has a really strange eye -- it bifurcates and enters the skull through two openings, but only has one lens -- or Verant just took the graphic for a decaying skeleton and make it REAL big.
I know which way I'm betting.

i totally agree with you, bifurcates and enters teh skull through two openings is the most likely reason =P common knowledge =P
