We and a couple friend were down there the other day. Highest lvl was lvl 43 bard (me), we had no outside help or anything. We just knew how to play our characters. Our tank was a 38 paladin who had no trouble holding agro. Didn't lose even half health a fight. We were taking DT as well so if you think KC is a 45 lvl zone it really is not in the least. If you know your class and find a couple people that do as well you could take this place down with ease with peeps low 40's
Does anyone know his spawn point? Is there a PH for the Skeletal Lookout or is are SS Gaunts just a random rare drop off wandering mob? Any details regarding spawn loc and drop rate would be appreciated. Gotta have that EB :)

With my lvl 39 war, I've fought there with a full group, but most were 50 or above. As long as I wasn't the main tank, I did fine.

As a cleric, i've been offered the occasional group since level 40, but now at 46 its as easy as pie to walk in and just nab a group, but remember, im a cleric, not a tank. :)

45 is a good minimum level for here. Stay at the moat, pull from below the tower, in the moat, and occasionally from LCY or RCY. If you can get a good group, the tower, and RCY and LCY are great, but you need crowd control for those, it's an absolute must.
Why 45? Because these MOBS will tear through you quick, especially the white and yellow cons. Anything below 45 and you will be a detriment to your group (always dying and not hitting).
Even at 45 I have been turned down from groups for too low of level.

Is there a camp that I could just come here and camp him with a group?... without getting trained from higher level mobs? im a 39 ranger

I hunted here for a few hours last night at 45, and my group did fine. Out of 6 people only 2 or 3 were ever over level 50. It was all the higher level people who were training everything.
