will the sarnak appear to be wearing the shield? or is it just in their inventory when its killed.

They will appear to be wearing one. My group got one tonight(I lost the roll to the cleric =/) and the one that dropped it was wearing it when we fought him.

yes these drop SoS :) it can drop off anything i was told.. kinda like a random rare drop type deal.. also hear queen drops it alot.. few friends of mine said they got one from a mob other than this so just guessing for ya :) all i know i got mine from this guy

hi i would apreciate a lot if anyone would explain where is the mob located or the better system to make him spawn the loot of the mob is already explained but i have been cheking maps and didnt find his loacation thanks and good hunting

Me and a few guildmates decided to camp the entrance zone in chardok near the fortress entrance. There was only 1 other group in and they departed soon after we arrived. After about an hour and a half our puller brought 1 of these guys and 2 templars. This guy had a nice gold shield hovering about 2 feet away from his arm! Well as we were killing the last Aruspex, ANOTHER one decides to join us and he has a shield also! We roll for them and I lose to a cleric and a shaman. Oh well life goes on, not the first or last roll I'll lose. The very ext pull bring yet ANOTHER Aruspex and a shield! I win it by default being a pally and the other members being an chanter, bard, and ranger :)

These things are the best things in chardok when comes to loot, they drop all kinds. Sarnak battle shield, Sarnak battle hammer, Staff of shielding.

Yes, nothing. It no longer drops in game. Got nerfed right out of existance a few days after Kunark's release along with a lot of other stuff.

Am I right in believing that this is what drops the Stave of Shielding?
