You find this guy at Loc (neg)1840,(neg)893,(pos)307 just outside the zone of West Cabilis in Warslik's Wood. If you are after the Geozite Tool for improving the pikes you must take the note given to you by Warrior GM Drill Master Vygan to Warlord Vyzer. In return he gives you a binder and asks you to find four pages stolen from his poem. Upon returning these to him he will reward you with a Geozite Tool. . . . good hunting.;)

Not sure why he's in here as a monster. This guy hangs out on one of the balconies, and gives out the gobline watcher torch quest. He is a quest NPC. He will give you one measily bandage for three gobbo torches you get off the watchers.
For those that are thinking this is a good idea instead of spending money on bandages, those things get heavy and it takes three per 1 bandage. Not worth it in my humble opinion.
