This is a named hobgoblin.

• Casts Gutrip (random single target knockback + nuke for 70,000 dmg + DOT for 15,000/tick) 10 seconds after engage and then every 20 seconds.
• Casts Savage Desire (random single target pull/fling + nuke for 50,000 dmg + root; will not hit most hated target) 15 seconds after engage and then every 30 seconds.
