Shockingly easy pet tank with 105 Necro /shrug...
Find it hard to believe shes 104? ya she pulls you to her but she never once hit me or heal merc whole fight, stayed on pet.
Very easy camp as well BTW, just kill the groomed slaves & none of the other slaves assist! LOL!. Start with the one that roams outside the building then work way up to the roof, jump down & repeat ;-)

I counted 5 different spawn locations, one outside roamer, one just inside near table (with add), one wandering up ramp near snake room, one on roof, and one in a curtain pillow couch thing to the left and all the way back from entrance. Sorry i dont have locs and dont plan on going back there. All of these are Groomed Slaves

This one is heal intensive, even with slows. If you're boxing, focus on your healing, not your dps.
Been killing groomed slaves for 10 hours not a single spawn of this named.. so bad.
Has a AE, non-aggro it seems, that pulls all players around onto the NPC. So you can't pet-tank this named mob.
Also make sure she is slowed to negate the self-haste.

I found Silvi wandering in front of the building to the west of the above picture. So she obviously has multiple spawn loctations, all in the same general region.

I can confirm the other 2 spots and a different 3rd spot. my locations in game are opposite what you post - that's normal depending on what method you use rto get the locations. I got Silvi at 3 locations :
1) up top at 2078 x 231 x 361 (your location is P -233.3342, -2079.5381, 357.3104, 240, 127, 0, 3, Silvi ) - confirm
2) downstairs at 2153 x 292 x 327 (your location was P -288.3797, -2150.4255, 322.6461, 240, 127, 0, 3, Silvi - confirm
3) up top at 2063 x 108 x 359 - different than yours
perhaps she pops at yoru other spot too? but that would be 4.

Got her to spawn from a Groomed Slave in the building first floor.
