I have killed him with my 16 warrior so easy i had atleast 100hp left out of 600"with 2buffs" every time i pass him i kill him in no time

yeah this guys really easy i killed him when i was lvl 24 he doesnt hit for much think he conned yellow to me but i had 3 bubbles of health still left when he was dead, didnt even hade to use LoH, hehe. He dropped a couple gold and that was it tho. :(

I was runnin to HH when this guy attacked me I am a 22sk with kinda ok health he conned red to me and attacked me. I had a sow so I just wen't near the zone and figureed I would try this guy out. I beat this guy into the ground with half my health left when he was dead, super easy! Didn't drop anything

I was on TP server today going to SK, came upon a lvl 8 Iksar Monk, me being lvl22 Iksar monk started asking if he needed anything. Out of the blue this lil guy comes up and kills my friend. He conned red to me but I decided to try him, I ended battle with 2 bubs of health and mend still up. the hardest he hit me for was 46. Easy Kill, not much loot, going back to see about spawn time

This stupid, pie faced little bastard attacks me every time he sees me. When I was lvl 20 he promptly killed me. Since then I have been through wc at many different lvls and he took a shot at me every time - of course I killed him each time. Even last night. I am lvl 40 now and he still attacks me! WTF? Stupid halfling.

well this SOB wacked my friends DE SK when i was playing hima while ago and now its time for me to hurt this little SOB! i'm a 32 and he don't even take more then 2 bulbs of hp from me! HAHAHAHAHAHA die you stupid little halfling die!

Well I will agree he can be solo'ed by a rogue at 30 but i dont know of anything else to solo plz help me all great mighty EQ playas.So far he is the only one I know of to solo for a frickin rogue....?????

Rouges can't solo anything, because they dont have friends like warriors do, and they can't use Tai Chi healing methods, like us monks.

this note he gives up is part of a diety-specific quest for clerics and shamans of innoruuk only. the end result of this three-part quest is an item called "Regent Symbol of Innoruuk", an ac7, +3 wis, +2 int, +15 mana neckpiece with an unlimited right-clickable effect of "clinging darkness", a necro/shadowknight snare/dot spell. clinging darkness is a 30% speed and movement debuff and a 30 point dot as well. exceptionally useful item to clerics and shamans who don't normally get snare spells at all :)
if you are doing the quests, you kill master whoopall (the npc he so pitifully tells you to take the note to) shortly before you meet wallin slyfoot. you actually take the note back to neriak's 3rd gate and give it to draxiz n'rit in the cleric's guild, and that causes leatherfoot spy(s) to spawn in a secret tunnel area behind the bottom of the waterfall as you come into neriak, close to the priest of dischord. swim up behind the waterfall and just wander around in the tunnels until you find him. he was a pretty tough little bugger even to my lvl 30 troll shaman when i solo'd all three quests just recently. tough, but fun to kill :)

Seeing as he is one of the few things a level 33 rogue can solo, I've gotten to know this furry footed freak quite well. First I haven't noticed a set spawn point for him, but he always spawns between the shadowed men and the Kithicor zone. His spawn time is between 20 and 25 minutes. He drops anywhere between a few silver and copper to upwards of a few platinum. He can hit as high as 52, but usually averages about 30. The best part to all this is that he doesn't give you any faction hits, so you can kill him to your hearts content with out screwing up your beloved halfling faction. Hope I helped you halfling haters out there.

Ok heres the real info. I am a 23 Necromancer and decided to solo him. He hits on average for 35 damage. He doesnt have a lot of HP because I was using Siphon Life on him and only wasted half my mana. He conned high yellow to me. He drops about 4gp on average. I have yet to determine his spawn rate but he is nice exp and easy to solo.

I have killed him a LOT he is lvl 25 and always lvl 25, and nothing but lvl 25. No faction hits, he drops coin and has a fairly long spawntime, I thought I might try to camp him but after 20 minutes of waiting and no spawn I left. He always drops nothing but coin (and not much either)

He is fun too kill and get good exp from too. The first time I tracked him down with my 27 druid I hailed him to see what he was about some kind of quest that I wasn't interested in so I snared him and kited his stupid little ass. I got 2pp off him. later that day me and my brother were meeting in wc and I told him about wallin so we grouped and tracked him down...this time when I hailed him and he asked "are you here to help?" I said "no, I am here to kill you." My brother couldn't stop laughing. He only dropped a few cp that time. It's just plain fun and easy for a 27 druid to solo and decent exp too.

Be careful running through Wc everyone. If you are of evil inclination (as my friend and partner is a ogre SK) you will find he is KOS). However, myself a agnostic DE enchanter had no faction problems with him. Just be aware and keep an eye out.

IT's not just evils that are KOS to him. My Half-elf ranger was talking to another player when he ran up and whacked her. Fortunately, the other player, and Iksar monk, killed it. He con'ed blue and threatening to my level 26 ranger.... Wonder what I did to tick him off...

I killed him. He had no faction related to him. I didn't show him my back (for good reason- hes a rogue) most he hit me for was like 52 and my ac is around 550.

Basically, he's part of the Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk quest. The note is to be intercepted by Teir'Dal posing as halflings.

The quest for halflings is pitiful. You hail him, and tell him "I am here to help." He gives you a note to take to Master Whoopal (in the halfling pillar, not camp) in Nektolus. This camp is easy to find, just zone in, and keep the zone wall on your left. Give Master Whoopal the note, and you get.....UP TO 5 SILVER! woohoo! what a waste of time! there must be more to it!
he is for the dark elf cleric quest and getting a symbol from innoruuk..... He is fun to kill thugh anyone know his respawn time?

Wallin is a quest npc for deepockets. As of right now the quest does seem to be broken foir I cannot find the NPC he sends you to. If you want to try the quest then tell him "How may I assist you" He will give you raider's orders to take to a halfling in Nektulous, I have not found this halflking. Just wanted to add this info.
