That's an excellent point! I'm always curious about the motivations for NPC names. I know some are in-jokes and takeoffs on real people or characters from fiction. Would be a fun job to have, assuming there IS a dev assigned to name selections. Clearly it would have to be well-managed since they'd be at risk for copyright and trademark violations if they chose protected names. Maybe that's one thought behind a name like Lord Doljonijiarnimorinar...

Stalag? Really? That's a German word for POW prison camp. What's that got to do with these mobs? You can just see a dev assigned to come up with a variety of names for these mobs, coming up with "icy", "tentacle", "terror", "crystal" and then running out ideas, looking over a bookcase and finding a book with "stalag" in its title and saying, "OK, that's as good a name as any!"

Well they look like a stalagmite, that might be the inspiration for the name.
