I thought that this guy was supposed to be in Sebilis by the crypt? At least that is what is posted on the Monkly-Business guide =/

Dunno his main purpose but he is part of Whistling Fists quest, monk weapon quest.
This is not the guy for the WF quest, similar name, but the one for that is in Seb, that you do hand in to is call a fallen monk, and he respawns as a fallen iksar master. I only wish he was out in TT.
this guy is not related to iksar monk 1.0 epic quest.. but can anyone post a loc of this guy?
