In Crystal Caverns, Fragment of Fear: Known to spawn at -550, -250, -332 (geonid caves). Switches "Focus" buffs every 60 seconds. While in Ruby Focus, casts "Fear Flame" every 15 seconds on a random target. While in Sapphire Focus, casts "Shiver" every 15 seconds on a random target.

Don't use dps caster mercs when facing this guy. I don't know if they are bugged but they will not cast anything on him at all regardless of which focus it is using at the time, I have also seen him with 2 focus effects up at the same time. Tried dispelling it and it did not work. Normally when ever i see a named mob up i try to kill it. I decided it was best to just avoid this one.

The diamond and ruby focus seem to be almost always on, so be sure to check the buffs on the named before wasting your nukes and dots...they seem to be reflected 100% of the time, and not only 50% :)
