In Kael Drakkel, the King's Madness: Spawns at location 2760, 1375, -65. Upon its death, The Idol of Rallos Zek spawns. And then upon The Idol of Rallos Zek's death, The Avatar of War spawns.

Max hit was 17475 on a lvl 98 monk with 6300 ac. 2 points away from max Combat Agility/Stability. Can't put next point till lvl 99 and max them till lvl 100. Died quickly. I have no useful information. If you can easily tank mobs that hit for over 15k a hit then he should be relatively easy. EDIT: If it matters i only had 15 out of 18 points in the AA, Armor of Wisdom.
