Tungo is known to spawn in the southwest quadrant of the zone. The three static mobs called "a tundra mammoth" in this area are PHs. One known location is -8050, 1725.

Got this mob to spawn ( as stated) in the south west area. there are 3 static a_tundra_mammoth. the one spot he popped ofr me multiple times ( the other spots did not spawn him) was at loc ( neh 8050 x pos 1725). good luck, took too many hours.

edit : naturally right after i typed this ( 20 mins) he popped in one of the other spots. happy hunting
