Rockspine also drops the Fear Touched Tunic had one drop tonight 7/3/2015 @ 20:35pm all my time i spend killing these mobs this is the first tunic ive seen come from Rockspine so it must be a very rare drop from him but it is on his loot table :)

Fight took about 3.5 min w/15k DPS on him, he popped from the mobs in north central part of zone, not sure what the PH was. 3 kills in about 3 hours, dropped SHD/PAL weapon 2x, T1 legs 1x, and spell 1x.

After camping him for alittle bit i can confirm all of the matrons in the area seem to be ph's. weapon and hollowed horn neck piece seem to be common. ive also had fear touched boots, and gloves drop so far.
