most of these gaz warriors around the bandit camp
were even or high blue to a lvl 19 SK. they also tend to have shaman buffs as well.

i lost my way with my iksar monk and strolled really deep and found theses guys all over the place. He didnt have anything really good on him so i never went back for me corpse so i dont know where it was but im sure they are more than just around the bandit camps

you're right, they are everywhere, you can find them next to frogtown too.
