I have done all the quests she has and I still have the achievement to do that says to finish her quests. Is this bugged? I have done all 16 quests she has and it wont give me the achievement

POPUP WINDOW #2
To send an item, left click on it in your inventory. You will now see that the item has been placed in the merchant window. Type your name into the 'To' box, add a note if you like, click send, and then close the merchant window. When the parcel arrives, you will notice an icon that looks like a small box in your player window.
Click 'OK' to continue.
Your task 'Parcel Merchants' has been updated.
Caden Zharik says 'As you can see, sending items is fast and easy! There are a few more things you might want to [know] about the parcel service, but I have covered the basics. Good luck!'

Caden Zharik is a parcel merchant. Parcel merchants act as normal merchants, but can also be used to send items to yourself or to other players. One thing to note however, is that you must have a Silver membership or higher to use parcel merchants.
