Sam gives Summoning the Master (Group) once you have completed all of the tasks before it. Not sure how to submit a quest thing on here, but haven't started it yet anyways.

The only shared tasks from Sam are Step on a Crack, Rumor Has It..., Responsible Mining, Breaking Mirrors, Ferocious Feralings, A Different Perspective, and the Raid
