Working on faction as a Gnome. I have maxxed Warriors faction at warmly. Checking factions inside Cabilis, I am dubious to monks, shammys and sks. This guy and Crusader Bodil con threateningly. They cannot be on any of the factions inside Cabilis unless it is the actual con of the Residents which is quite possible. Merchants con dubious as merchants will not con lower.

The crusaders are SK that walk a loop from the entrance to cabilis and along the buildings in front of the entrance. There faction is Crusaders of Greenmist (i think). The guards are warriors on Legion of Cabilis faction.

Why would this guy kill me when he conned indifferent to me? I know I'm a wood elf druid, but all the guards in Calibis conned indifferent and I walked right by them with no agro. So why did this guy attack me? Any clues?

these guys arent to hard i had a riad on cab my guild anyways the lords a caos it was very hard but we killedd them they DONT have 30,000 hp but if you raid cab bring at least 100 people from you guild to help none under level 55

I doubt you will ever kill him. Not only is he 50 but he has 30,000 hp like all the guards around there do. They only wander from the city if attacked and pulled away which is hard to do if you just want one of them.

If you attack him all the others will join and they ALL have 30,000 hp. So be careful :)

You can raise faction with 3 quests. Scorpion Pincers, Sarnak Brains and Bones.

i was hunting wandering sarnaks and goblins next to the beach and this guy wanders along and DA's me for 130dam. I was only level 24 at the time but he will pay his penance, as has gix.
