I'm KoS to every listed faction for her, yet she cons Dubious. Possibly FV faction?

She is a merchant, you can no longer go below Dubious with merchants (unless your currently aggro), even if your KoS to their non-merchant counterparts.

Im lvl 28 and she conned red to me and bashed my shaman for quads of 60+. Good luck at lvl 25

Sorry but lvl 25 seems low...I did Golras with NP at 31 (warrior) but this girl waxed me and I had her down to 50% HPs at the end of it all... If anyone else tries this "Blue at 31" let me know if it seems a bit UNDERConned.

This merchant is on the same island as the "Elven War Scouts" and "Elven Rangers" but does not have any items in inventory by default.
