Not the best thing to just jump off a boat and swim in the direction you think an island or continent is. I've been killed by the Pirates of Guthak three times on the Sisters island. Last time I went I got my corpse and swam for it before the Pirates came to the island. Swam for 5 hours until I was finally able to find the two peak islands and camp out on the peak with the Sirens. Point is, don't swim across oceans or seas and tell others to unless you know what direction the island or zone is.

I don't know. Its a nice little out of the way place. Not really camped by anyone. And a nice definite spawn. Besides, for dark elves, we need to kill lots and lots of these buggers to make our armor. Hehe

no kidding, why in the world would you want to come all the way out here to kill them when there are so many other zones that have same lvl range? anywho if you wanna know where to find them take shuttles from BB, when you get on the boat it will stop before it gets to FV and you will see an isle, the shuttle comes from there and you can get on it and ride to the island, not worth it though, unless someone here is part of a quest....
I can give you one very good reason to hunt here over other areas.
Zone XP modifier. The Kunark modifier will greatly increase your XP and seeing how nobody comes here you can hunt without having to deal with the masses that camp other areas of interest.

My reasons for hunting here are the following:
1. It is so far out of the way, and have never seen others camping them,
2. Good faction hits on the indigo brotherhood, I'm not concerned with the bad faction hits as I'm Teir'Dal and am KOS to them to start with,
3. There is a elven merchant there who will buy the arms & armour you have looted from his dead elven brothers.
4. They drop arms & armour, words and even rations as loot, plus currency.
5. They drop elven blood as loot which is a requirement for Teir'Dal racial Armour
(note) There are two merchants at outpost only one will continue to buy and sell to you as you hunt his fellow elves.
I was camping (farming) these elves for elven blood and killed approx 456 of these various elves here for 23 vials of elven blood approx 1 in 20 drop, yes I did keep count.

The port in BB is dangerous for evil races though. An easier way is to take the boat from Oasis.
Once I fell off the boat right before it zoned into OT, swam around looking for shore, and wound up on this pathetic island where my sweet, innocent, young shadow knight was slaughtered by these blood crazed wood elves. But soon she shall have her revenge!
So the best way is probably to take the boat from OT to Oasis and jump off right after you zone into Timorous Deep. Not sure what direction to swim though. North?
(Maybe I'll ask some necro to cast DMF on me first so I don't get lost and drown.)

Not saying that it was the original posters intention, but he would be a way to increase Indigo Brotherhood faction. There are places in Neriak that my Iksar Necro can't go to, one of them is near the warrior guild.
