How long do you have to be 80 units away before the no heal buff goes away? If a Shadowknight was tanking and he hit hatestep to go to the other side of the room would it drop before he was summoned back?

This mob was duoed by two monks on the Rathe server. Both monks lvl 95 and 3600+ AAs. Neither raid geared
Once the cleric both tanks and the shaman died both monks were able to keep themselves healed using mend and swaping out aggro with FD. Each monk had about 325k hps with the buff on them and each time it was cast by the mob it healed the monks for 250k. If health got to low just pop mend and it healed for about 90% of total hps and continue to DPS if health got low before mend was up again (every 30 secs) just FD and the mob switched to the next monk who was fresh with a fresh mend. Dropped Druid Sword, Legwraps and Glowing Cantrip.

this guy is not bad.. ALL DPS fight. u dont really need heals... this is all we did..
his AE does not allow u to cast a buff or anything on any other players not even heals. it was a pain to get it to removed by runing away in such a small room.
Shaman was outside group slowed dots ect..
Cleric was in Main group with Wizard Bst 2 DPS mercis and Tank merci... Cleric casted DG on tank (divine Guardain) almost a full of health spell that will cast itself when tank is low on health and it last for 3 mins.. cast this before u engage in fight on tank.... now attack.. spam fast heals on tank till slow lands or u get that AE on u.. after AE is on u cleric is worthless rest of fight... unless u somehow run far away from him and get it dispelled off u. (it removes its self if u get far away from him)
then just dps burn this guy down. tank will get low on hp and DG will go off and heal him. and then you should be good and named should be almost dead... if u have the dps tho...

I dont know room labels.
I know room labels now. Ph seems to be a whirlwind of sophistry ( and probably some other name too - most seem to have 2 trash names as phs). I got it in 2A at location ( +1815 x -408 x +136). I think that n39 i wrote in a few months ago must have been n390. sorry for confusion. easier to get locations on my rogue

Killed today, PH is the Elemental closest to the blue tube in Room 1D.
We got to room 1D using the following.
1A > 4A > 2A > 3B > 1B > 2B > 3C > 1C > 3D > 2C > 4B > 2D > 3E > 1D

We found this mob in 1C, after we cleared some see invis on the way up further. We noticed it on track and succor'd out and came back up to it.
Note: That would make it 1A > 4A > 2A > 3B > 1B > 2B > 3C > 1C
And yes it seems the air elementals are PH's for this named, which can be on different floors.
Also that Dismissive Wind thing the mob does hits on the group, and stops heals from landing on the target, or mitigates them a lot. So we dps'd it down and just rezed up afterwards. :)
ADDED:
To avoid having everyone die, we used multiple tanks. If you move 80' away from the named, the Dismissive Wind debuff gets cured (or just fades). So we had 2+ tanks alternating on who was on agro. When one got the debuff, they called for the other tank(s) to assume agro so they could move away and get cured. And visa versa for the other tanks.
it's not a bad mob, once we figured this out. :)
