He spawned for us as we have cleared alot of times,he has wiped grp many times before,so i decided to try with 2 merc healers instead of 1 healer and 1 tank.
We were 2 mages + pets-- 1 bst + pet and a ranger og than our 2 healer mercs. It did take less than 5 mins to kill him,My mage air pet did tank him very well.
He dropped Venomtooth for Rouges and a few other stuff.

just to update, killed him plenty of times now, and also he can spawn from any trash rat West of the front gate. To kill him fast, its best to have a Necro or such,
since he goes invul only DOTS will still do damage to him.-

Just took him out.94 mage and 94 necro 2 healer mercs.Had to pull out all the stops on this little guy.Agis,steelystance etc.
This guy is no joke. We had our 70k hp tank with 8.2k ac go from 100% to 2%hp in less then 2 seconds. Needless to say we wiped. Finally got him on 3rd try with a shammy and 2 healer mercs healing. He usually opens up hard right at the start, make sure your tank is popping disc at the start or you'll go down.

Doesn't matter. I get aced on this mob in seconds.
Waoh just killed him.. after he killed me twice.
Hit enchanter rune, 2 mercs on fast heal. 1 on balanced, and reluctant benevolence and almost every warrior disc. This mob is MEAN. it quadded war for 3 k , 3k , 18500, and 23500 . War has 7380 ac and 71.8 K hp.

Add "Grandiose Footwraps of Alra" to the loot table as well please.

spawns outside front gates of city. the diseased rats are pher. 2 closest ones near front gates of city spawn him.
He goes invul random times during fight. also longer he is up the harder he hits. we seen 25k on a raid geared tank. (we lacked dps the first time)
with dps justburn him. did it easy with a 3 mage boxer and me. no problems.
with no dps he is very hard.

SAw a group just outside the west gate of the city killing everything and it was dead there. I reckon it comes from somewhere close to there.
