easy boxed mob.. rarely if ever casted his DD Spawn where the Guard T spawns in the building right above it. the Blacksmith's are phers upstairs in the building

can you be a bit more specific? One guard T is in basement , the other doesnt have a loc.

out of the 9 sections of the suduko city , which do we commit mass murder in to see this one spawn please =)

Alrighty , spawns in the SW block of the city , northernmost building. Have seen Leg (2) and hand ( 8) wraps off of him.

I am sorry i check comments rarely, so a PM is best, yes SW section of the city next to where guard Tulsix spawns, Pretty much any blacksmith can spawn him in the SW group of buildings.
