I've never fought him, but he hangs around where I've been killing drachnids lately. I've watched him solo a pair of drachnids that conned high blue to me (I'm level 35). So if he is level 30, he may be the toughest level 30 in the game. :)

I killed this guy rather easily with my 46 troll warrior. He had a few hits that looked like weapon procs, but nothing substantial. Only dropped a Halberd, no stats on it. Then I had to deal with Private Goldtouch. She sent me running as fast as my fat butt could run.

My guild and I found this guy in the tunnel, and we had DE with us, so he attacked. Our levels were 3 groups of 35 to 45. When we got him down to less than a bubble, he let off some 800 or so AoE spell, and killed a few of us. We never did kill him, some gated and others got back to the zone ok.

My question, is this guy considered an uber guard?

Hell, I ran into him sitting minding my own business as a 50th Necro Erudin, with a 49th pet summoned hanging close. He dispatched my pet rather quickly and forced me to run for the zone. Admittedly he caught me off guard without my offensive ******* memmed, but let's get real. He's not 30th level. He rocks. And let's not forget that as I ran away with JBoots, he hit me the whole way for 40-80 pts of damage as he is SoWed as well.

Revisit the level of this guy.

Or damn near, I was 34 searching for Commander Streaven for an Iksar Warrior quest, this guy jumped me, blue /con, about 60% health even. So I started beating on him. Mistake. Kicked my butt, but I don't know about a 800pt AoE- I was taken down by melee, smacking me for the above amount and BS for 200ish a few times when I ran. And the backstab makes me thing rogue, maybe his weapon procs the AoE? (I want)
