There are about 4-5 of them, He is not leased to spawn spot. or basement, his pathing sucks and do to portals he would jsut wrap up top after a matter of time. He has certrain emotes that pop up in Yellow Text in front of your screen. Just run away, far away! ok not too far but a safe distance or You will probally be instantly dead. Casters never had a problem with distance just Melee.
EMOTES do not effect tank.

He has certain emotes that pop up in yellow text on your screen. These are run-away emotes that, if not followed, lead to a death touch. These emotes do not affect the tank.

Found him up after patch, spawned at LOC pos 500, neg 820, pos 355. This is in the lover level, but up on one of the small platforms. He is leashed to his spawn point -- I kept getting getting emotes about "returning to his origin" when I tried to pull him all the way down to level ground. The strategy of running away when you get his emote really won't work here, as to run away and back requires traversing the twisting stairways, its just not feasible. Stick a tank in his face have everyone else hang back on a different platform at safe distance. Ranger archery and pets ftw. Pets were immune to his doom effects. Seems to be a belly caster, resisted all spells at distance.

Killed him again today and yet again got the emotes about Wreliard returning to his origin when I tried to pull him far from his spawn. Despite what others have stated, this isn't a matter of bad pathing. Pathing problems are not accompanied by an emote that indicates the mob returned to his point of origin. Whatever mecahnic this is, seems to ignore the z-axis, so you can pull him down to basement level provided you keep him aligned vertically with his spawn point. Try to pull him too far away and he will go home.

over 100 clears of 3 phs (checked out eq resource and validated w another player that spawned it)

either they adjust the spawn rate or maybe someone says it can drop in a mission otherwise I wont ever go after this bow again.

EQ resource has a loc for it, in 32 hrs of clearing that ph have not seen him once (not in a row) but pretty sure no one is coming in to take out PH, so over 4 days or so

Just as an FYI this guy is a belly caster. and every now and then he emotes "Wreliard begins channeling an explosive force!" and you must be out of belly caster ranger or u get hit by something... i was never in range due to a pet tank so not sure what. other than that he is fairly simple. ranger, mage pet, enchanter charmed pet took him down quick enough
If you are out of range you get this emote "You have dodge Wrelliard's power drainging blast!"
