His Overwhelming Odor is an AE that does dmg and also push back, which he tends to follow up with Royal Summons that brings to him anyone on his aggro list, not limited to the MT. Hence I found the key for me to beating him was to make sure non-melee backed up out of melee range quickly, and conversely to get the MT back on him ASAP, otherwise he'll pick off the party one by one (including Merc healers).

Mob drops embellished arms to add to list.... This mob is toughest my group has faced in t3 95-bst, 7.7k aa, 91-sk, 3.5k aa, 91-Cleric, 4k aa, 95-sham/zerker box, 5k aa all of us around 60k hp 5.5 ac and a tank merc. def. need good heals on this fight.... anyone know other tough mobs in expansion we like a challenge

Casts Overwhelming Odor Every 20 seconds, starting at rougly 30 seconds into fight.
