Had to kill loads of PHs to get this one, Tidalmage spawned several times before this guy did.
Malo and nukes slipped onto him ok.
Ensorcelled crab added about halfway through but was minor irritation, set servant pet onto crab

Casts "Flood" and "Ocean Summons". That negates water breathing, by the way.. so in the spot he's in, if he flings you into water or falls off and summons you, you start drowning. I'd suggest pulling him someone safe. Nothing assists him. I pulled him out of a full spawn to that back wall.

Spawns at the very end of the dock. PH is a single mob standing there. Has a gravity flux spell he casts a few times during the fight. Spawned a single crab add at about 50%. Dropped Rettun's Cudgel and T2 arms mold.

The add he spawns is "an ensorcelled crab" cons dark blue to 95. Its spawn is actually a timed mechanic (2 minutes?) and it is rootable. I rooted it to finish off Rettun and the crab proceeded to just camp the spawn point. It does not despawn.
