He just spawned at pos351, neg489 for me.
+330, -390, -45 inside the ruins in the grove
then spawned in the grove from the roamer that paths to the south.

....and as if being jumped by a named while looting his corpse isnt enough, it spawned a 3rd time in a row, again inside the ruins.

Urash spawns in grove of dead trees at loc 333, -386. The placeholders are oashims wandering around a broken stone building inside the grove. Once Ursha spawns he will spawn inside the stone building. He has a single-target fear, Ghostly Dread, that lasts one tick. When the fear fades you are hit for 25K damage and silenced for two ticks. He dropped Sickle of Urash. You can set up camp just north of the grove; there's a safe spot there.
