Spawned bit further, but on the same plateau, for me, close to +2524, - 2250.
Hit for a max 12k on a 6900 ac, level 93, monk.
Agerage hits were much lower, close to 6k.
Straight forward fight. If you can hit for more than it regens, you will kill it.
Also dropped a rustic stole of argath.

This fellow regens at a rate of about 3% per tick. He does not seem to cast on himself, does not seem to have any AoE's either.
My 91 air pet (full defensive AAs) was able to tank alright with just one merc healing it. I was able to get it down to about 50% through the use of twincast, improved twincast, ruinous servant, frenzied burnout and host of elements, but my standard dps was not enough. Strong DPS is needed for this mob.
I cleared all 4 farmers on this table and he spawned in the location provided by Amio.
