One known PH is at -835, 1110, -45. Another is in the oashim camp ("a mature oashim") in the very southwestern corner of the zone (known to spawn in two locations by the tents).

One specific location for a ph ( can not be all of them can it?) is neg 835 x p1110 x neg 45. I have seen it spawned there twice. I do not know of any other specific ph locations.

This mob spawns in the oashim camp in the very SW corner of the zone. Any static oashim by the tents is likely a placeholder; I saw him spawn from two different spots there. He seems to be a relatively rare spawn as I only saw him twice in several hours of clearing the camp. Aethra casts Hack, a 42K single-target DD (hits for about 28K with max shielding). He will cast it on anyone on his hate list regardless of tank aggro. He also has some sort of knockback proc. Drops were Twisted Steel Mask, Twisted Reed Flute, Formal Wristwraps of Lunanyn, and a Minor Alaran Cantrip.
