Bopo spawns in the gorilla camp in the center section of the zone, northwest of The Hill. Bopo has a single-target DD called Bodyslam. It's a 35k DD and stun. He casts it frequently and it can cause your tank to go from 40% health to dead in an instant. He will cast Bodyslam on random targets on his aggro list during the fight so pretty much everyone will get hit with it at least once. He dropped the earring for me twice and one wrist.
