In the lead-up to the Veil of Alaris expansion release, Meeka Gharn appeared on the left side of main bank in the Plane of Knowledge (around location 410, 465, -125).

Currently, he is nowhere to be found.

Starship fires Photon torpedoes into general area forcing Klingon Bird of Prey ( Meeka Gham ) to decloak. No need to kill it. Just get a drop or two.
