A Goblin Preacher  

Preacher casts fear/ blind spell..didn't catch the spell name..but this mob is very sketchy to kill. Took me 3 attempts with a merc @ level 95..95kHP/ 7.9k AC. Best bet is to pin him in his spawn area and kill him there..there are 2 adds guarding him. Good luck. Dropped Glowing Reis Sleeves and Runed Circlet. He has some pretty high DPS, so be prepared :) If you do get blinded you are feared as well ( very high resist check or unresistable), so expect to get adds if you do get feared w/o clearing the entire room first.
