Thalith is green to a lvl 20, but still gives exp. The quest is quite easy too. Kill the warf rat in the large building by the docks and give the sharp tooth to Thalith. You recieve a fish bone necklace, I forget the stats.

Believe it or not, I leveled from 19 to 20 camping the wharf rat and doing the quest. As a Druid, as soon as I could TP to Tox, I headed to Kerra Island do fo a couple quests. Only the Wharf rat in the building by the docks drops the tooth, and was the only one that was Blue to me. Each time I killed the Wharf rat and turned in the tooth I gained a full blue bub of EXP. I'm sure the EXP will be better at lower levels. He hits hard for a puny rat, but an easy kill at 19. The rat spawns about 10 minutes after death in the room to the right as you enter from the docks. I just practiced skills while waiting. There was no competition for the camp during the whole 4 hours I was there. One can easily gain a level in 4 hours. I also gained indifferent faction from apprehensive with the Kerrans in that time frame. Too bad the fishbone necklace is LORE. I would've had about 20 or so of them to sell for 5pp each.

hmm... how hard did you say this rat hit? I am a lvl 18 dual wielding Ranger with a centi shortsword and a blackened alloy longsword... do you think I could do this too?
