Found him in the halls around the smugglers camps in the catacombs after camping all the critters trying to get thumpy irontoe to show... Droped rat whiskers and no faction hits... "a clockwork rat" , no caps

Rare spawn in Kaladim. Rare spawn in the qeynos aqueducts too. killed one there, once. Dropped nothing. Found it near the thug spawn point.
I killed one in kaladim. Hurt my faction with Clockwork Gnomes. It dropped scrap metal, and another kind of metal...
