the dragon is always a few levels above yours, but if you are 20 then he is like 25. the dragon can't be killed by normal means-- it is a bug. when you kill with your damage shield instead of your melee, he will poof and you can't loot him. big problem there-- have reported it repeatedly and all i get from gm is if you think it is a bug report ti. i have been reporting it-- so now what?
