Well I ran all over NK all day long today and Zahal was nowhere to be found, I was useing Sense the Dead and all I ever picked up was the stupid Green Zombies and Ghouls ... No Zahal..

Anyone know where Zahal spawns at exactly and how long his respawn rate is?

Troll guts are part of a quest in the Qeynos bard guild. Unfortunately no one can find the final NPC to complete the quest.
