around a brown bear he procs a spell so you can't move. annoying not hard.

the spell only holds my lvl 7 necro for about 5 seconds plus i dont need to move since i have a pet and i got a variety of spells that cast.

how hard?

Here is what you do...

Go down into the aquaducts...You have to keep killing all the sewer rats,gellatenous cubes,and mangy rats.
They are all place holders for him.Eventually he will show up.It takes from 5 minutes to an hour.Hope this helps.

note: There is a 20 second spawning time from 1 NPC to the next.
