The Ishva Mal  

I soloed the whole room today. Pulled with splurt, sent pet, Envenomed bolt, and Ignite bones when it was low on health so he couldnt heal himself. If I got 2 I mezzed the other because they will heal eachother and it was difficult with others healing them.
Im pretty sure you have to kill the guards at the door to get him to spawn (after you clear the room he spawns in).
The ishva mal seemed easier than the the guards. He didnt heal himself. He spent his time casting fear2 on me which I resisted all.
He dropped the spell, brains and a robe of the ishva.
