Feathered Leggings
Pegasus Feather CloakWas trying this nearly all morning. It worked, sorta. Everytime I killed the PH, most the time Escaped Splitpaw Gnoll would spawn. Then I killed that then Shaman Ren`Rex spawned, then after that High Shaman Grisok would spawn, then back to PH, then again Shaman Ren`Rex then High Shaman Grisok.. this happened about 10 times in an hour I would only get those 2 named spawning with the occasional Shaman Lenrel or High Shaman Phido. I don't see this leading to Quillmane at all.
Long story short, I've been here 18 hours now at least and tried nearly everything posted here. Nothing.

Those cycles are for a monk quest. High Shaman Phido & High Shaman Grisok drop items for the Qeynos monk orange headband quest.
