Spawntime is three hours , an usually a place holder (place holder usually an Elephant) . He spawns south of the Shadowmen by a hill, i know the exact spot , but would have to go an take down the Loc. He can go for over a day without ever spawning.
Usually , right after he spawns, he paths to the north side of the Bird House, then turns towards Paw.
He is VERY RARE - i watched the spot for days, and only saw the place holders.

I think ur wrong with both PH and loc: i went through soooooo many posts bout Quillmane tried near all spawing methods and it seems definitively to be a RANDOM (in area) with eighter a complicated spawn cycle or another popping factor nobody has found out yet (or not yet told).
So just post ur suposed PH nature/loc and Quills spawn loc for other peeps to confirm this.
This could help everybody to get eighter an unlimited lev cloak or for us poor mages getting this crappy cloak for our epic.
Btw i never refuse summoned lev rigs, etc. to nobody (xept the only guy that bothered me mad the other day but 1 in 2 year gaming is quite nobody) especially if he tells me i left my cloak to a mage for his epic :)
