Just did this task right now 3 boxing with 90 SK, Enc, and Shaman plus 1 Healer and two DPS Melee Mercs. Everything was pretty easy as long as you have some crowd control. Pulling singles can be hard even as a SK but really the mobs don't have many hit points and don't hit very hard. I would compare them to the FoS mobs you have to kill to get flagged for this task. I stopped trying to pull singles as it was taking too long and just pulled six and had my enchanter mez them all. The DPS mercs were on burn and I never actually did any damage with my Shaman or Enchanter as the mobs would die before I could do anything with them.
As Hexxed said after the hail at the end you are faced with three revealed skinwalkers (far NW section of the map); if you kill the wrong one it will split into two adds. These mobs are harder then the trash you had to fight to get there as they seemed to hit harder and can't be mezzed. I was boxing and it was hard to determine which one was hitting me for the most so I just killed one and it split into two more so I turned and killed another one of the original three and it happened to be the correct one. Once dead the other adds disappeared. I could only survive with epic click and Visage of Death. I used HT to drop the first one pretty fast. Just out DPS them down and if you get the wrong one pick the next one and go to town. If you lose track of them you will have issues.
If you are in a real group it should be easier to determine which one is the real one if everyone takes a few hits from each of them. Just line up and someone take the left, middle, and right one and call out who is getting hit for 5K+.
Reward is either Option 1: Experience (0.5 AA) and 105 plat or Option 2: Stambles the Reincarnate (undead bunny).

Quest is Under Your Skin. Snarlstone dens instance. Have to fight your way through drachnids/shadowmanes. Blue and light blue to 90 not too difficult. Once you reach the "main" room you hail the Skinwalker and 3 Revealed Skinwalkers spawn. Don't see invis. Can't be snared, rooted, mezd, etc...Have to kill the "real" skinwalker. If you don't, two more spawn in its' place. Revealed skinwalkers hit for a max of 7k.
Reward is experience/ plat/ or an Undead rabbit pet for your home.
I did not manage to complete it because, of its' incredible difficulty for a group of normal adventurers. Way to go sony.

I did the mission for the guy right beside him. I actually selected the Vampire Bat for the reward but according to the experience I previously had and the money, I got them all. Tried talking to the werewolf after that and nadda. Still won't talk. Figured I'd do the quest again and make sure I select the character flag reward and see what happens...
Must have fixed it, responds now. Must be an instanced version of Snarlstone dens he sends you to, I couldn't request it, no one to join me. Hope this helps! Go get a group and have some fun. But, I believe you need to do the other quest involving Field of Scale first for the player flag.

What level do you need to be to get this mission??

It appears you have to be flagged for the mission and it's likely that the flagging involves doing the solo task form the NPC next to the were, seeing as how one of the rewards for that task is: Character Flags. I've not been able to get enough folks interested to try the mission, so I don't know if everybody has to be flagged or if it's enough for one person to be flagged.
Have group of 85 and 86 level players... says my average level is too low?? Do you have to be 90?
