You get this guy when you do the rug area. When you first come into SS..you drop down to the "rug" or "carpet" area. That's a recognized camp. If you turn towards the door like you are heading to the Courtyard area this guys PH is pressed into the corner. Yellow con horse guy. The 2 at the door won't come if you harmony first. Pull to the rug and kill there. Stay tight. If you kill everything on the bottom floor, you can get Lifeweaver Servant and you can get Spellward Servant. If you go into the first set of doors towards Courtyard, you can get Bright Warden and one other named to spawn just inside the door and Captain Rosch just beyond that too (however CY groups usually pull the Captains PHs).
