Spawned from a tower warden sergeant at p125, p165, n24. Room to the west of carpet (aka rug), to the right of the door as you enter.

Killed it twice from same ph. Dropped Shadow Warden's Earring, Lucid Remnant of Greed, and a Glowing Nebulous Dream Fragment the first time. Earring and Median Fragment the second time.
