i found that any mob which paths between the different valleys goes over this one loc. 2189.49, -2315.25, 2.18 i have had one brother zephyl, 3 hastens, 1 maldyn, 1 grazhak. i am still looking for the fabled mortificator but i imagine he will show up eventually... i got these within 2 hours of camping

i was killing HG's for plat the other day, and i noticed this.. the lone wandering orc that walks near the paladin camp follows the same path as the named for the ivy etched bracer quest. wether or not that orc is the PH'er for Graz, i can't say, as i don't know that i've ever actually seen him. but i did see the named walk down the hill, past Glaron the Wicked, and an hour or two later, i saw an orc priest take the exact same path down the hill. as for actual spawn times and whatnot, i cant say. killing and all :) anyway, if anybody still looking for this guy, for whatever reason, hope that helps

Got this guy day before this post. Selil is right, killed in the area he is talking about. Only I was about to leave, didn't notice anything other than this guy passing through. Well being a gnome, I hate Orcs. Killed him and looted the axe. Anyone wanna buy this, send me an offer. Probably will sell to vendor in a few days 8(.

Im killin HGs for plat & alittle exp for my pallie/enchanter, when they get loaded with pp & gp ( i destroy cp/sp ) I log on my 54 druid to take cash & goto bank. but before I do that I run the zone lookin for rares, I have never in 14 months seen GtD, I have seen the lizard & I just killed Quid, dam nice enchanter hood, well anyway I think ( and could be wrong ) that the PHs are the NPC with "the" between their names ie: The wicked, the Goodly, the destroyer. Just a possibility and if your campin anyway, kill em all even the goodly guy has no faction hit.

This is a good idea, but probably not the case. Glaron the Wicked and Whatever the Goodly are both for the Shaman Epic quest, and seemingly unrelated to most other mobs in the zone. (ie, they have no PH's that I'm aware of, and follow no known paths). Just my 2cp, plz correct me if anything I stated was untrue, or if you have any other thoughts.

That guy from the Drinal server is right. An orc warrior or priest spawns under the world around the paladin camp but I have him on my tracking for only a half a minute or so before I loose my target. I'm certain he appears under the world because I track him to a point then I get messages that my target is behind me.

Well....I am wondering how often his spawn is if anyone knows...must be a long time, but I am willing to go camp him if it is not more then 10 hours or something. If anyone knows how long the spawn is and the PH that would be great if you could tell me. Thank you Kindly.

I got the Girth once. I was sitting in Rathe Mountains waiting for some newbie when this orc starts hitting me! I was gonna run to zone to save mana, but killed him insted. He dropped a really nice belt (hehe :P) I sold it for 15k in tunnel the same day. Pure and simple luck. But im a wizard and sitting down really invites mobs to hit me, and the silly orc did. It was later that I found out that the orc is rare pop and the mitril plated girth is rare drop.

Has anyone seen him spawn on Drinal. To be honest, I have spent alot of time with my ranger at varies stages of his life hunting HG's for xp ( and now for their coin ) as well as with my Bard and have *never* seen him or heard anyone on Drinal seeing him.

Yes graz still spawns.Died fighting the HG and as i was running back to corpse got jumped by graz.Luckily had my spells memmed and proceeded to kite him BUCK NAKED.took all my mana but 35 druid killed him.

I was just wondering about how often he i supposed to drop the belt? Is it Rare or REALLY rare? I was also wondering if it would be easy for a 33 Warrior to solo him? And, where does he spawn? Is it in a camp or just a random spawn?

Me and a friend were camping him on 01june2001 from 2:00 am to 3:00 am. We kept the orc camp clear and whenever a creature crested the plateau, we killed it. I ran to tibrin about 3 different times, and started the quest. I was dubious with him and he gave me the quest anyway. So that is my experience.

Was looking for Quid for about 3 days and ran into him once aswell - easy kite for a 32 druid. Sold belt for 10k to guildy, was happy to get that really since tbb only fetches 3k now on TT. He was on narrow pass side of Ro Pally hill. I think the trick to rares in this zone is to nail the roving lizard men, fire beetles, bears, and skelies. I was lucky enough to score the Siren Hair Hood from Quid too. Two rares in about 24 hours playing time and a good 16k worth of loot...

Let's see, the belt sells for upwards of 15K. So, he sold it to a guild mate for 5K less than it's going price. Just because a character is in a guild doesn't require you to hand over equipment at cut rates or even for free for that matter. Hells, he didn't have to even offer it to a guildie. I personally wouldn't want to be involved with a guild that required me to 'hand over' items.

I killed this guy tonight (5/8/01) on Vazaelle server. He dropped the axe of Slayers. He was just standin around over in the field by the armor of Ro paladins.

Grazhak was killed last night on Bertoxx at around 10:30 PM EST. After I killed him near the Envy and Woe PC I gave a shout that he was slain. Someone then responded "Hmmmm I just initated the quest" Perhaps they spoke with this hafling at the unkempt druid ring and spawned him? Grazhak was walking down the hill from the Orc camp next to Paladin camp. He was walking towards the ruined weapons and the "Wicked" guy who drops the Envy and Woe. Grazhak dropped the Girth and I am trying to determine it's trade value.

A guildmate spent nearly all of his time over 45 months looking unsuccessfully for this Orc. However, last week as we were camping Hillies, i noticed the name Grazhak on my track list. Warrior buddy almost went berserk :) I tracked him to a point near the pally camp and was surprised noone else was on him. A snare, a stinging swarm, a flame lick, and some meelee (warrior showed up eventually to help) and we were the proud owners of the Axe of the Slayers. Unfortunately no girth, but one out of two isnt bad :) BTW he conned yellow to me at 30

Was with a friend in lava once when he told me to rush to the druid circle for an emergency port to rathe, when there we grouped with a few others and killed this guy np. Had never heard of him until then, but now i am happy to have been a part of the killing of such a rare spawn (and i missed the roll on the girth too, darn >:/)

Tibrinn asks for grahzak's mith girth and king xorbbs slime crystal staff and in return gives yhou a sap sheen staff, very stupid. The axe no longer drops, believe me on this, if you do however find one, please post it up here, as i know people who camped him for 20 days strait switching off and off in order to get this very rare axe, and they got girths and no axe.

Zoned in from Feerrott and turned left and there was this big ol' Orc walking towards me. I killed him and it dropped the belt. Wow very nice belt. AC 9 Str +9 Stamina +9 wt. 2.0. Not a TBB but heck there are only like 3 of these on the server. Oh i am 45 warrior and he was green to me but took me down nearly two bubbles and actually gave me some exp. Good luck on finding him! This belt rocks!

Tibrinn is the halfling at the unkempt druid ring. As well you can just hail him and then ask "what conflict?" and he will give the quest. Never tried to ask him who xenyari is.. wonder where that connection is?

I have been running around killing everything that moves for days now, and at 200 tracking I can stand in the middle of the zone and see virtually everything that pops in my track window. No Garzhak. I did find out one interesting thing, though... when you ask Tbrinn Ember "Who is Xenyari?", he will give you the quest involving Garzhak and King Xorbb. Perhaps she is a placeholder and must be killed? She's a tough level 40 druid tho... hehe! Could be worth looking into the connection, eh?
You can ask Tibrinn "Who is Joe Shmoe" and he'll still tell you about Garzhak and give you the quest. Basically, he just responds to "Who is" and "what conflict" with the same response.

I've never even seen the belt up for sale or trade on EMarr. Probably would go for a couple of dragon/god weapons. Stats are incredible for a belt.

I started to camp him by the orc camp located near the Paladins in the North east of the zone. I came across him only an hour after starting to camp him. I didn't get the Axe, but the Girth is great. He walked past the Paladin camp, about 50-100 yards away. A guild mate was close and helped me kill him. Good Luck to you all. It seems I was a bit more fortunate than most of you.

Which orc camp is it? one near HG area? the one near unkempt preservers? or the 3 tent camp on the hill near the feerrott zone?

I was camping HG's, and our ranger picked this guy up on track. We killed him, I won the roll and got the GIRTH. It's worth about 35kpp. At least thats what I traded it for. It was the only roll I've ever won also =)

He spawns in the orc camp, middle tent. Friend camped him for a week, that's right nothing but getting on EQ to kill an orc in one tent. Axe is common drop, girdle is the rare

If Amenra is right about this hailing thing... which I hope he is ,a good way to get faction up for the unkempt druids to talk to you (if your evil I think) is to kill the treants... all of them look at me amb. and give me all the quests after a day of killing trees... I am going to track this guy on my server pretty soon. Hope the orc preist is the PH

This is what I know, This Named orc is for a Druid quest give at the druid ring by a little halfling, Now the Halfling wants the belt and gives you in return a Crappy druid only Scimatar. Now If I am correct and if he works like some other quest. Hail the Halfing to do the quest then kill every damn orc you can and It is possible by hailing the Druid halfling he will spawn.... This is all my assumption so far but have not had a chance yet to try it but will be soon this coming week.

Heh, Ive camped this guy for over 150 hours over the past 3 months to no avail. I see his PH's all the time, if in fact they are the wandering priests. Im working on trying out different kill tactics now. Leaving everything alive doesnt work, nor does just killing the basilisks. Next on the list is leaving just lizardmen alive, then just killing lizardmen. Anyway... ive NEVER even heard of another spawn taking this long...

I am on the Rathe server and i have seen the axe twice, and i have killed that wandering orc priest several times and have never seen or heard of anyone killing him even within a week or two of when i killed the priest

Don't listen to Nazz, he doesn't know what he's talking about :P Actually, that is one rumor, the other being that the wandering spawns starting from the paladin camp area are also ph's.. I spent the better part of 3 weeks there, had the pleasure of killing Naaz once along with each of the other rares at least twice, and never saw Grazhak :(
