11935. on silk caster. our tank could not hold aggro and we dont know why. someone said it had a blur effect. I saw no spells cast except Whiff of Beetle Juice. So we dont know why. but aggro bounced all over. dropped the bow listed.

edit : ok he respawned. no problem this time. was probbaly just the various DPS being too high for tank. ignore the blur thing -p

He is found in Sanctum Somnium in the farm area. He drops the Warped Chitin Bow.
